Our Story
Adnimation was founded in 2013 by two digital publishing executives with a mission to change the ad tech ecosystem that prioritized advertisers’ needs at the expense of the creators. Creators are the heart of the internet. And Adnimation was established to ensure that creators have the means to thrive.
Maor Davidovich
Co-Founder & CEO
Maor co-founded Adnimation after serving as VP Digital of the Jerusalem Post Group, where he more than doubled readership and earnings. His vast experience in digital publishing and monetization spans over a decade, including as the VP of the Zap Group, one of Israel’s leading e-commerce web sites.
He holds an MBA in Business administration from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
When he is not in front of his four monitors, Maor can be found riding his bicycle faster and farther than the average car.

Ravit joined Adnimation with over 20 years of experience in managing all financial aspects of corporate businesses, including budgeting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), financial reporting, credit optimization, operating- margins maximization, and active participation in preparation for an IPO.
She holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, a Bachelor of Business (BB) in Business Administration & Accounting from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Bar-Ilan University, Israel.

Daniel is a tech innovator with 15+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. He excels at architecting scalable solutions and fostering a culture of innovation, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in technology.
Before joining Adnimation, Daniel launched a successful startup in the fintech space. When he’s not coding or brainstorming the next big tech breakthrough, he’s reading, training in the gym, and playing with his kids.

Matt has over 15 years of experience serving ads on large websites. He was a member of the team that launched Answers.com and grew it to be one of the top visited sites in the US.
In his previous position, Matt managed ad ops and was an early adopter of Header Bidding technology. His skilled understanding of the digital publishing world helps our team understand the Publisher’s point of view.
He is an active member of his community in Ramat Beit Shemesh, and in his free time he enjoys being with his family and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.

Mor Weizer is Playtech PLC Chief Executive Officer since May 2007. Playtech PLC is one of the worlds leading online gaming companies with over 6,500 employees and presence in more than 25 countries.
Prior to being appointed CEO, Mor was the chief executive officer of one of the Group’s subsidiaries, Techplay Marketing Ltd., which required him to oversee the Group’s licensee relationship management, product management for new licensees and the Group’s marketing activities.
Before joining Playtech, Mor worked for Oracle for over four years, initially as a development consultant and then as a product manager, which involved creating sales and consulting channels on behalf of Oracle Israel and Oracle Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Earlier in his career, he worked in a variety of roles, including as an auditor and financial consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers and a system analyst for Tadiran Electronic Systems Limited, an Israeli company that designed electronic warfare systems.
Mor is a qualified accountant and brings considerable international business development and management experience in a hi-tech environment as well as extensive knowledge and experience in the online gambling, technology and finance industries. Until June 2013 he was a non-executive director of Sportech PLC.

Daniel Sapir, a married father of four children living in Jerusalem, has nearly three decades of management experience in a variety of positions in service and sales, mainly in the field of telecom.
In January 2022, he was appointed CEO of Cellcom, one of Israel’s largest telecommunications companies and a public company traded on the Israeli Stock Exchange.

Yuval Tal is the Co-Founder and CEO of Linguana and an Operating Partner at Team8. He previously founded and served as President and Board Member of Payoneer. Prior to his role at Payoneer, Yuval co-founded and was CEO of Borderfree and served as VP of Business Development Radware.
Yuval is a member of YPO, an angel investor in payment startups, and part of the Harvard Business School plan for managers. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.Sc. in Biomedical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, with a minor in business administration.

Attorney Eitan Shmueli is a partner and head of the Capital Markets & Securities Department at Lipa Meir & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms.
Eitan has more than 36 years’ experience working with public and private companies seeking access to capital markets in Israel and the U.S.
Eitan also represents Israeli companies who have listed their shares on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE), and the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Eitan accompanies M&A and other commercial transactions from the negotiations stage, through contract drafting, to final implementation – including all relevant financing aspects. In addition, Eitan has substantial experience in litigation involving securities and corporations.
