What You’ll Be Doing

 

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Manage CEO and President’s calendar and flights.
  • Track attendance, leave, vacation, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings
  • Responsible for all office logistics and supplies
  • Oversee holiday and event operations.
  • Handle all office logistics and supplies.
  • Assist employees with any office-related requests or issues.
Required Skills and Experience

 

  • Previous experience in administrative roles.
  • Fluency in Hebrew and a high-level English
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Independent and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, methodical, and detail-oriented.
