This privacy policy applies to www.adnimation.com, owned and operated by Adnimation Ltd. (“Adnimation,” “we,” or “us”), and to the advertising services we provide to publishers. We know that you care how information about you is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information Adnimation collects when you visit our website or a publisher partner’s website that uses the Adnimation Service, how the information is used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. Capitalized terms that are not defined in this Privacy Policy have the meaning given them in our Terms of Service. The use of information collected through our website shall be limited to the purposes under this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service to customers.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: When you contact us through a form on our website or by email, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, website and message. We use it to respond to you and to manage our business relationship with you.

Data processed through our ad services: Our publisher partners place our ad tags and scripts on their websites. When you visit those websites, our technology and our advertising partners (such as ad exchanges, supply-side platforms and advertisers) may receive information such as your IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, language, the page URL and referrer, cookie or mobile advertising identifiers, ad interaction data (such as impressions, clicks and viewability) and consent signals. We use this data to deliver, measure and optimize ads, to detect and prevent fraud and invalid traffic, and to provide reports to our publisher partners. We do not use this data to identify you by name.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies: Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by Adnimation, Ltd. and our partners (such as advertising, marketing and analytics), affiliates, or analytics or service providers. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. Our partners may also use such technologies to deliver advertisements to you as described below.

Log File Information: Log file information is automatically reported by your browser each time you access a web page on our Service. Information Related to Data Collected for our Clients: Adnimation, Ltd. collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

Access and Retention of Data Controlled by our Clients: An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Adnimation, Ltd.’s Client (the data controller). If we receive such a request, we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide our services. Adnimation, Ltd. will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information that we collect to operate, maintain and secure our Service, deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud, send you communications about our services (which you can opt out of at any time), respond to your questions and concerns and to help our partners improve their online offerings.

Legal bases: If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process personal data on the following legal bases: our legitimate interests (operating and securing our website and Service, preventing fraud and communicating with business contacts), performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where it is required (for example, for non-essential cookies and personalized advertising). For ads served on publisher partner websites, consent is collected by the publisher, usually through its consent management platform, and we rely on the consent signals the publisher passes to us.

3. How We Share Your Information

Personal Information: We do not sell your personal information for money. However, sharing identifiers with advertising partners for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain US state privacy laws. See “Your US State Privacy Rights” below. We may share personal information with service providers that process it on our behalf (such as hosting, email and help desk providers) and with advertising partners as described in Section 1. We may store personal information in locations outside the direct control of Adnimation (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers or third-party cloud infrastructure).

Non-Personally Identifiable Information: We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as aggregated usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain Adnimation services and those of our partners.

Instances where we are required to share your information: Adnimation will disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to (a) comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement; (b) to enforce our Terms of Service or to protect the security or integrity of our Service; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Adnimation, our Users or others.

What happens in the event of a change of control: We may buy or sell/divest/transfer the company (including any shares in the company), or any combination of its products, services, assets and/or businesses. Your information such as customer names and email addresses, and other User information related to the Service may be among the items sold or otherwise transferred in these types of transactions. We may also sell, assign or otherwise transfer such information in the course of corporate divestitures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, reorganizations, liquidations, similar transactions or proceedings involving all or a portion of the company. Where required by law, we will notify you of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Behavioral Targeting / Re-Targeting: We partner with third parties to display advertising on our publisher partners’ websites or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third-party partners may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt out using the links in Section 12. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.

The Adnimation Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party ad servers and ad networks. Please contact or consult the respective privacy policies of such ad servers or ad networks for more information.

Testimonials: We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at support@adnimation.com.

4. Storage and International Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in Israel, the United States or any other country in which Adnimation or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. Adnimation is headquartered in Israel, which the European Commission recognizes as providing an adequate level of data protection. When we transfer personal data from the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland to a country that does not have an adequacy decision, such as the United States, we use appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. How We Protect Your Information

Adnimation uses reasonable physical, technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. Our website uses encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect information in transit. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. We use service providers (such as hosting, email and help desk providers) that process information on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect it and to use it only to provide services to us.

6. Compromise of Personal Information

In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Adnimation will notify affected individuals and authorities as required by applicable law.

7. Your Rights and Data Retention

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update or delete your personal information, to receive a copy of it, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in Israel, you have rights under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment 13). To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@adnimation.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. If your request relates to data we process on behalf of a publisher partner, we may refer you to that publisher or assist the publisher in responding.

We will retain your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide our services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

8. Your US State Privacy Rights

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to access, correct and delete it, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information and of targeted advertising. The categories of personal information we collect, their sources, the purposes for which we use them and the categories of recipients are described in Sections 1 to 3.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: To opt out, email privacy@adnimation.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” or use the industry opt-out tools listed in Section 12. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid opt-out request for that browser, as required by applicable law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your rights.

9. Children’s Privacy

Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important. For that reason, Adnimation does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 is allowed to access or use the Service or to provide any personal information to Adnimation. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. 10. Notification Procedures

It is our policy to provide notifications, whether such notifications are required by law or are for marketing or other business related purposes, to you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of such notice on the Service, as determined by Adnimation in its sole discretion. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, provided that you may opt out of certain means of notification as described in this Privacy Policy.

11. Links to Other Web Sites

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link or advertisement on our website, are subject to that third party’s own rules and policies.

Social Media: Our website may include links to our social media pages and third-party widgets. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.

12. Interest-Based Advertising and Opt-Out

Adnimation uses remarketing to advertise across the internet. Along with the Google Analytics cookie, Google advertising cookies may be used based on your browsing history. This helps us gain an understanding of our visitors’ demographics and interests. The reports we receive are aggregated and are not used to identify you personally.

If you want to opt out, please change your settings on Google’s Ad Settings page. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at the NAI, the Digital Advertising Alliance (US) or Your Online Choices (EU). These tools work per browser and rely on cookies, so you may need to repeat your choice if you clear cookies or use another browser or device.

13. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

If we change our privacy policies and procedures materially, we will post those changes on the Service to keep you aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we may disclose it. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required by law, provide additional notice.
