One of the most common questions we get from publishers relates to contacting Google AdSense support.
And we get it โ there is nothing more frustrating than when you have question but canโt find anyone to answer it.
The good news is that support exists!
Weโll explain everything you need to know and how to access Googleโs support.
Why Publishers Want to Contact Google AdSense Support
At one point or another, you, the publisher, will have a question for the team at Google AdSense. And more often than not, itโs an urgent question. Since AdSense is a major source of ad revenue, this is not surprising.
The question can be a positive one, for instance about a payment schedule, ad placement, or policy clarification. It can also be related to negative circumstances, like an account suspension or breach of policy alert.
Regardless of the case, you rightfully want answers. This is true whether youโre using AdSense or Google AdX, Googleโs premium exchange.
Why Itโs So Hard to Contact Google
Sometimes you just need to talk with someone, itโs understandable. But why is it so hard?
We discovered why on a recent visit to the Google regional headquarters in Dublin, Ireland.
Google is a technology company serving millions of customers. They make every possible effort to design the products for self-service, acknowledging the difficulty to provide direct service to such a huge audience. And letโs be honest, it works well. Most of the time.
But when it doesnโt work, there are two things you can do.
Google AdSense Support: The 1st Step
Before trying to get a hold of someone, your first option is to access Googleโs online resources. This includes Google AdSense Help, which is an extensive resource that contains numerous answers and video guides for many issues.
If you canโt find your answer there, the next place to look is in the AdSense Help Forums. The forum is a huge community of fellow publishers and experts that try to help and answer almost any question.
Google AdSense Support: The 2nd Step
Google understands that not all questions can be answered online, and that real support is needed as well.
To this end, they decided to partner with a select group of expert companies that can provide support to publishers.
These companies receive extensive training from Google, unique tools, and the ability to speak with Google directly.
In other words, companies working with these Google partners can have all their issues taken care of by the companies themselves, which have the resources and the direct line to Google to handle any possible issue.
How Can I Reach a Google Partner?
Adnimation is a Google Certified Publishing Partner (GCPP), which means that we help publishers maximize their revenue and can help them with any issues that arise.
If you have an urgent issue with your AdSense or AdX, we invite you to contact us.
We will do our best to help out and would hope that you would then consider to work with us for the long run.
UPDATE: Due to the high volume of requests, this support offer is now open only to publishers with a minimum of 150,000 pageviews per month.
